1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return for most items purchased on our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase from Divrat.
  • Return Authorization: Contact our customer service at info@divrat.com or call us at 8178349089 to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

3. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange an exchange for the same item or a similar product. If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we may offer you a refund or store credit within 10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Shipping Label: Upon request, we may provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for certain eligible products, the cost of which may be deducted from your refund.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order as long as they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@divrat.com with your order details.

If your order has already shipped, you can return the item in accordance with the return policy once it arrives.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@divrat.com.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside India, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged securely and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees are paid. We will not be responsible for customs delays or additional fees incurred during the return process.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Time Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
